MZ Diamond Group is a diversified Nigerian conglomerate with strategic interests across the oil & gas, real estate, agriculture, and water production industries. In 2025, the Group acquired the Emohua field (PPL 201), located in the southeastern part of the OML 22 block in the Niger Delta Basin.Â
The Emohua field was originally discovered in 1979 and has demonstrated significant hydrocarbon potential, with nine hydrocarbon-bearing levels. The field’s short-term production targets include 5,000 barrels of oil per day (bopd) and 25 million standard cubic feet of gas per day (MMscf/d), with plans to establish a 10kbopd crude oil processing facility and a gas processing plant for mid-term operations.

Upstream Operations
At MZ Diamond Oil and Gas, our upstream operations form the foundation of our energy supply chain. This segment encompasses the exploration, drilling, and extraction of crude oil and natural gas from both onshore and offshore fields. We deploy advanced geological and geophysical technologies, including seismic imaging and reservoir modeling, to identify viable hydrocarbon reserves and minimize exploration risks.
Crude Oil Processing
Our crude oil processing services are integral to transforming raw hydrocarbons into market-ready products that power industries, transportation, and homes. We are actively involved in the treatment, refining, and blending of crude oil into valuable derivatives including petrol (PMS), diesel (AGO), kerosene (DPK), fuel oil, and other essential petrochemicals.
Natural Gas Production
In response to global calls for cleaner energy, MZ Diamond Oil and Gas is proud to expand its footprint in natural gas production and processing. We specialize in the extraction, treatment, and delivery of natural gas for industrial power generation, commercial fuel use, and residential energy needs.
Latest Projects
At MZ Diamond Oil and Gas, we are currently executing a major infrastructure project focused on the development of an integrated oil and gas facility in the Niger Delta region. This strategic project includes the exploration of new wells, construction of modular crude oil processing units, and the installation of gas treatment systems to harness both oil and natural gas resources efficiently.
